摘要
通过对异型螺旋槽管的优化设计 ,使异型螺旋槽管的结构参数得到合理匹配 ,从能量综合利用的角度出发 ,用多目标数学规划的方法研究了异型螺旋槽管的优化设计问题 ,用复合形法结合每一步对满足约束条件进行寻优 ,从而可求出其最佳结构参数。优化设计表明 :异型螺旋槽管换热系统的传热 -阻力综合性能指标优于光滑管换热系统 。
In order to get higher energy transfer rate and optimum comprehensive performance of the heat transfer system,the best matching geometrical parameters of unusual spirally corrugated tubes are sought by optimum design.From the viewpoint of energy comprehensive applications the structure size optimization of unusual spirally corrugated tubes has been studied though the use of multi objective mathematical programming.The best geometrical parameters are obtained by combining every step seeking optimum restraining conditions by means of computer.Optimized calculation shows that the comprehensive performance of the unusual spirally corrugated tubes is better than that of the smooth tube.The results can provide theory basis for the design of unusual spirally corrugated tubes.
