摘要
研究了消失模铸造干砂振动紧实的规律性 ,设计了测定干砂紧实的实验装置——拔出力实验装置 ,得出了干砂振动紧实、振动参数以及负压度之间的关系。消失模铸造工艺影响干砂紧实的主要因素是振动加速度和负压度。振动到达一定时间后 ,再延长振动时间无益于砂子的进一步紧实。负压度对砂子的固定作用很大 ,必须调节合适的负压度和负压保持时间。振动加速度对砂子的充填紧实影响很大 ,因此必须协调好振动加速度。
This paper studies the role of sand vibration compacting on EPC.The sand compaction test set-pulling force test set is designed.The connection between sand vibration compaction,vibration parameters and negative pressure is obtained.The main factors influencing sand compaction on EPC are vibration acceleration and negative pressure.After vibration time gets to certain value,delaying vibration time again is of no service to more compaction of sand.The effect of negative pressure on sand fixation is large,so appropriate negative pressure and keeping time must be adjusted.The influence of vibration acceleration on sand filling and compaction is also very large,so the connection between vibration acceleration,negative pressure and keeping time must be matched.
