玛曲欧拉羊是以产肉为主 ,肉皮毛兼用的高原草地型藏羊品种 其体大、肉多、膘肥、放牧抓膘性能好 ,而且对严酷的自然环境适应性极强等特点 本实验的目的是通过实验 ,了解其产肉量、屠宰率、骨肉比、净肉率、分割胴体重量及百化比 ,内脏测定特别是心肺的大小功能等 。

Maqu Oula ovines are plateau gradssland type Tibetan sheep which produce mainly mutton and fur with their strength adaptability for environment.The objectives of ovine slaughter test are to evaluate their production properties,such as mutton production,slaughter ratio,bone and mutton ratio,net mutton ratio,cut-carcass weight and each proportion,as well as viscera measurement,especially the size and function of heart and lung.
