火力发电厂使用的筒式钢球磨煤机的进出料口 ,各有一个倾斜 4 5°的椭圆形溜槽 ,在以往的设计制造过程中 ,其椭圆均用椭圆近似画法完成 ,用解析方法推导出筒式钢球磨煤机进出料口椭圆的计算公式 ,并经过计算 ,得出进出料口椭圆计算的 4组数据。用这 4组数据设计过近 30 0种不同规格的磨煤机进出料口衬板 ,衬板的外壁和外壳的内壁均能很好地贴合 ,有效防止衬板的松脱。

The material in_and _out mouths of cylinder steel ball coal mill machine,which is used by thermal power plants, respectively has a V_slot of 45 elliptical angle of inclination.In the past,the ellipse was completed in the way of similar ellipse drawing. This article develops the calculation formula of the material in_and _out mouths of cylinder steel ball coal mill machine in the way of analysis. It also works out four groups of data for the ellipse devise through calculation.With the four groups of data, we have designed approximately 300 lining boards of material in_and _out mouths of cylinder steel ball coal mill machine of various specifications. The outer wall of the board and the inner wall of the external surface are able to press closely to each other so perfectly that it can effectively prevent the board from loosing and deforming.
