不同型抗氟剂对氟暴露工人的排氟效果比较

摘要 为了给早期防治氟病进一步优选有效的抗氟剂提供依据 ,将三个铝厂氟暴露工龄 4年以上同类工种的男性工人 15 9名分为A ,B两组 ,对分别服用自制的 1,2 ,3型抗氟剂的A组工人尿氟日排出量与B组进行比较。结果表明 :A组工人尿氟日排出量明显高于B组 ,其效果依次为抗氟剂 3>抗氟剂 2 >抗氟剂 1,尿氟排出量的增加分别为 70 .1% ,6 0 .8% ,4 5 .6 %。初步显示 ,抗氟剂 3和抗氟剂 2的排氟效果较优于抗氟剂 1。 This study was performed to analyze and compare the effects of different anti fluoride agents on fluoride excretion in fluoride exposed workers so as to provide guidance for selecting more effective anti fluoride agents to prevent and treat fluorosis at an earlier time.159 fluoride exposed workers over 4 years of working age in three aluminum factories were divided into two groups(Group A and Group B). Group A was further divided into 3 sub groups who took anti fluoride agent 1,2 and 3, respectively. Group B was given no anti fluoride agent. The comparision on the amount of fluoride excretion was undertaken between Group A andGroup B.The results showed that the amount of daily urine fluoride excretion was higher in Group A than in Group B. The effects of anti fluoride agents on urine fluoride excretion were as follows: Agent 3>Agent 2>Agent 1;the increases in the urine fluoride excretion are 70.1%, 60.8% and 45.6%, respectively.It was concluded that anti-fluoride agent 3 and 2 were more effective in promoting the fluoride excretion than the anti fluoride agent 1.
