研究了菠菜叶绿素的提取条件及其理化性质 结果表明 :在丙酮、乙醇及丙酮 :乙醇 =1∶1的混合液中易于提取 该色素在碱性条件下对热稳定 。

This paper studies the physicochemical properties and its extracting conditions of the spinach leaf chlorophyll.The result shows that the extraction can be accomplished be using CH 3 COCH 3,CH 3CH 2OH and CH 3COCH 3∶CH 3CH 2OH=1∶1.Chlorophyll is stable to heat and unstable to sunlight under basic circumstances.
