摘要
通过实验研究了软接触气膜连铸方法 .在连铸过程中 ,该气膜减少了结晶器壁与金属的接触 ,增加了界面热阻 ,对铸坯质量有重要影响 .研究了气膜连铸稳定操作的必要条件 ,发现气体的背压随气体流量的增大而增大、随拉坯速度的增大而减小 ,这为进一步改进连铸工艺和结晶器的设计提供了重要实验依据 .
Soft contacted continuous casting with gas film (GFC)is investigated experimentally. The results of gas film DC casting process for aluminum show that the gas film in GFC for Al billet increases the heat resistance between metal surface and the mold inside surface. In addition, the gas film has significant influence on billet quality, and the gas backpressure increases with the gas volume increasing, and decreases with casting speed increasing. The experimental results provide an important basis for further optimizing the technological parameters of the GFC process and the structure of mold.
