摘要
利用气隙式膜蒸馏实验对料液温度、流率及气隙宽度等操作条件对膜渗透性能的影响进行了测试和分析。结果表明,提高料液温度,可使膜通量有所提高,但温度极化现象会随之加重。冷液流率的提高引起的膜通量变化明显小于热侧液流率提高对膜通量的影响。另外,小的气隙宽度可得到大的膜通量。
The effects of operation conditions ,such as the temperature and flow rate of solution and the width of air-gap on membrane permeability were studied by air-gap membrane distillation. It was shown that the larger mass fluxes obtained as the temperature increased, but the temperature polarization was developed. Changes in the coolant temperature and flow rate had smaller effects than that heat side done. Operating at small gap width would maximize the flux.
