高效液相色谱法同时测定白菜中四种农药残留量的方法

Determination of four kinds of pesticide residues in the cabbage in the same time by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)

本文报道了对白菜中多菌灵等4种农药的高效液相色谱检测方法的研究。在同一波长条件下 ,对蔬菜中多残留农药分析进行了方法的开发与研究;在检测条件下,四种农药能够达到很好的基线分离,且操作简捷,灵敏度高,回收率分别在:多菌灵86.61%,溴氰菊酯73.15%,百菌氰74.41%,氧化乐果87.50% 以上。

The detecting method of carbendazim deltamethrin chlorothalonil ﹑omethoate residues in the cabbage simultaneous studied by HPLC on the same wavelength . And in the same detecting condition, the four kinds of pesticide were good separated on base line. The average recoveries were 73﹒15%.The result show that the method is a simple rapid sensitive and accurate.
