对清镇市生态示范区农村土地问题的调查与思考

The investigation and thinking about rural land problems of the ecology demonstration in Qingzhen

土地问题历来是我国农村工作的核心,党和国家高度重视农村土地问题,坚决继续实施土地承包政策,但土地政策的具体措施并没有明确的规定。贵州省积极响应党和国家的决定,将土地承包再延长30年不变。笔者在调查中发现,当前农村的土地政策存在很大的问题,在此提出自己的几点看法。

The land problems have been the key problems among all the rural problems in our country. The Party and the national government pay great attention upon it and stick to implement the household contract responsibility system with remuneration linked to output. But there are no clear regulations on the policy. Guizhou province responds to the Party and the national decision actively and prolongs the contract stage of land for 30 years. During my investigation, I found there were lots of problems in the implementation process of the policy. So here I give some opinions.
