IGBT元件属于电压控制型元件,在高频工作下,其驱动电路不只是提供足够的驱动电压,还要提供足够的驱动电流。驱动电路输出电流的能力是必须考虑的一个重要参数。
The IGBT element is voltage controlled.However,at high frequency, it is required that the driving circuit supply both enough voltage and enough driving current.The capability of output current is an important parameter to be considered in driving circuit.
