粒状材料在结构减振中的应用研究

摘要 本文介绍一种先进的减振降噪技术——高硅火山岩玻璃状材料阻尼。高硅火山岩玻璃状材料用于减振降噪阻尼是利用它们的低体声速 ,同时不增加结构的重量。本文讨论了高硅火山岩玻璃状填充材料阻尼作用的基本物理原理和材料特性 ,这种技术的应用结果表明 :低声速粒状材料对力的传递幅值减少大于 11d B,5 0 0 Hz以上减少超过 2 1d B。 An advanced vibration and noise damping technology is presented in the paper--perlite granular damping material. The damping performance of Perlite granular material is realized through its lower sound transmission speed through the material without the penalty of increasing of structural weight. After discussing the fundamental principles and material characteristics of perlite granular material, the paper concluded that perlite granular material can reduce force transmission by 11 dB and more.
