阐述在陆地用户和 Inmarsat-C海上移动用户之间 ,采用电子邮件方式 ,通过互连网和北京地面站接续网络实现灵活有效通信的方法。
The article expounds flexible and efficient communication method between land subscriber and Inmarsat C moving terminal at sea through Internet and Beijing land earth station access network by E mail service.
