摘要
提出了应用误差分离理论对铁路车辆轴承滚子表面缺陷进行涡流无损检测的新方法和新技术,基于该理论建立了提取轴承滚子表面缺陷信息的数学模型,并以此为理论依据,设计了铁路车辆轴承滚子表面缺陷及形状和尺寸误差微机检测系统。从实验结果中可以看出:被测工件表面的缺陷信息被明显地提取出来,从而验证了系统的正确性。
This paper puts fo rward a new method o f making eddy-nondestructive test f or the surface defect s of the bearing rollers by using the error separatio n theory and,based on thi s theory,establishes a mathematical model for e xtracting the information of th e defects on the sur face of the bearing rollers.And according to the theory,t his paper desig ns a 'computer testing system for the defects on the surface of stocks' bearing rollers and for the errors of the shapes and sizes of the defec ts'.The testing results show that the in formation of the defects on the surfa ce of tested parts is extracted obvio usly and therefore the rightness of the s ystem is verified.
