摘要
以贵州师范大学和贵州大学的学生为研究对象,研究了他们的心理健康状况,发现其心理问题主要表现在强迫、人际关系敏感、敌对、偏执和精神病性五个方面。而影响其心理健康状况的因素中,人际关系需要和情感调适需要是非常重要的因素,同时影响其健康状况的还有活动性的性格特点。认知领悟疗法可以改善其心理健康状况。
Compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity, hostility, paranoid ideation and psychoticism are five major aspects for the college students' mental problem. The interpersonal need and the need for mood adjustment are important factors. The factor of activation is also effective. Cognitive therapy can improve their mental health level.
