试论岭南地区住宅组团围合式布局的适应性

An Inquiry into the Adaptability of the Enclosing Layout of Residential Buildings in the Lingnan Area

尝试从气候适应性、空间环境塑造和满足居民心理需求三个方面 ,对岭南地区住宅组团围合式布局的适应性进行研究 ,分析其合理性与不足 .结果表明 ,住宅组团围合式布局能形成丰富的阴影 ,通风效果良好 ,通过适当的技术处理 ,能适应岭南地区的湿热气候 .这样就能在岭南地区发挥利用围合式布局的优点 ,例如节约土地、隔绝外部干扰、促进住户交往和增强社区凝聚力等 .适度围合的原则 。

In this paper, the adaptability of enclosing layout of residential buildings in the Lingnan area is studied from three aspects: the adaptability to the climate, the making of the space environment, and the psychological needs of the residents. The rationality and disadvantage of this layout are analyzed. It is believed that the enclosing layout of the residential buildings could adapt to the warm and humid climate of the Lingnan area. It can provide abundant shadow and bring about good ventilation. Therefore,this layout could be well applied in the Lingnan area with its inherent advantages. For example, it helps save land, guard residents against interference from outside, and promote intercommunion among the residents as well as solidarity of the community. The principle of moderate enclosing will be one of the trends of development in the layout of residential buildings in the Lingnan area.
