摘要
卟啉作为一种高灵敏度显色剂,近年来倍受分析工作者的重视.据文献报道已用于十多种金属的测定.但在贵金属中,还只见于钯、铑的分析.本文探讨了在一定镉存在下。pH 值为12.0的硼砂介质中,水溶性卟啉 TPPS_4与贵金属四价钌的显色反应.其最大吸收波长为416.4nm;表观摩尔吸光系数为6.0×10~6L/mol·cm;线性范围在0~4.0 μg/25 mL 之间;方法简便,快速、灵敏、稳定.并对排除外来离子的干扰进行了试验,用于回收实验,获得了比较满意的结果.本文还研究了表面活性剂的加入及加入条件对该反应的影响。测定了配合物的组成为TPPS_1∶Ru(Ⅳ)=1∶1,并对反应机理进行了探讨.
The reaction of α,β,γ,δ—tetrakis—(4—sulphophenyl)porphine(TPPS_4)with Ru(Ⅵ)in the presence of suitable amount of Cd(Ⅱ)at PH 10. 5~12.3 after heated at 45℃ for 15 min- utes has been studied.A method for the spectrophotometric determination of trace Ru(Ⅵ)with TPPS_4,CTMAB and Cd(Ⅱ)has been described.The molar ratio of Ru(N)to TPPS_4 is 1:1. The absorbance maximum is measured at 416.4 nm with the molar absorptivity being 6.0×10~5 L/mol·cm.Beer′s law is obeyed for Ru(Ⅳ)in the range of 0~4.0μg/25 mL.The proposed method has been applied to the determination of trace amounts Ru(Ⅳ)in a synthetic sample with satisfactory precision.
