摘要
采用氧化增重法测定了含Ce中铝耐热铸铁在 85 0℃时氧化动力学曲线 ,用SEM、X ray对氧化膜表面的形貌、结构及氧化层 -基体界面进行了观察分析。结果表明 :Ce改变了中铝耐热铸铁氧化膜的结构和组成 ,提高了中铝耐热铸铁的抗氧化性能。
The oxidation kinetics curves of the medium Aluminium heat resistant cast iron contained Ce has been determined by measuring the weight gain at 850℃.The morphologies and the microstructures of the scale surface and the interface of the scale and the base were analyzed with SEM, X ray. The results show that the microstructure and the composition of the scale was changed, and the oxidation resistance of medium Al heat resistant cast iron was improved with Ce added.
