摘要
根据装配体中各零件间的相互关系 ,找出他们之间的配合要素 ,建立一个合适的数据结构对各零件进行描述 ,并以此为基础建立装配数据库。从封闭环的始要素开始 ,按照深度优化搜索算法 ,在装配数据库中搜索各组成环 ,直到找到封闭环的末要素为止 ,并确定出各组成环增减性 。
Based on the relations between the components of a assembly, the mating features and a fit data structure have been described. With the data structure the assembly database could be build. Starting at the feature of the sum link and using the searching algorithm, the program didn't stop searching the assembly database for the individual link until finding the ending feature. Simultaneously this process indicated the plus/minus of the individual link, and generated the dimension chain.
