摘要
介绍了难浸金精粉箱式静态生物氧化的基本方法流程 ,试验样品采用该方法处理 1 87d后 ,金的浸出率由 3 7.0 4%提高到 93 .0 1 % ,基本达到槽式搅拌氧化 93 .68%的水平。经济分析认为小型金矿山采用箱式静态生物氧化处理难浸金精粉 ,投资、成本分别为槽式氧化的 1 3和 1 2 。
The basic principles of the bio-oxidation of refractory gold-bearing concentrate in oxidation-box in static state are introduced. Through 187 days' bio-oxidation, the test-samples, the gold leaching rate came from 37.04%(before bio-oxidation) to 93.01%(after bio-oxidation),and this result got a same level as the tank bio-oxidation (93.68%). The economic analysis shows that a small scale gold mine take this technics to process the refratory gold-bearing concentrate, the cost and capital will only be 1/3 and 1/2 respectively of a same scale tank bio-oxidation plant, and the favorable practicability are forecasted to this technics.
