摘要
本文从变电所被测高压设备性能以及现场情况出发,对三种铁芯材料即冷轧硅钢片、坡莫合金和超微晶合金的性能进行比较,分析得出了坡莫合金与超微晶合金较适合用作低温环境下的绝缘在线监测传感器。通过低温实验,对所研制的坡莫合金绝缘在线监测传感器在低温环境下的比差和角差数据进行了分析,指出研制与使用传感器应着重考虑的因素,并提出对误差补偿的方法。
According to the performance of high voltage devices of transformer substation and onsite situation,this paper compares three Iron-cored material(A-5A-6,IJ79IJ85,and35Z155)features,and concluds that A-5A-6and IJ79IJ85are suitable to be in-sulated online-detecting sensor at low temperature.By low temperature experiment,angle differencial and ratio differencial of IJ79IJ85insulated online-detecting sensor at low temperature are analyzed,the key factors of developing and using the sensor,and an er-ror compensation method are proposed.
