耐海水无磁不锈钢(ONMS钢)研究

摘要 针对水下构件的使用状况以及考虑到耐蚀性能和无磁性能的要求,设计了试验钢(ONMS)的化学成份,对试验钢在力学性能、金相组织、磁导率、均匀腐蚀、缝隙腐蚀、点蚀电位、海水挂片试验等方面做了试验,并对上述试验结果进行相应讨论。结果表明试验钢(ONMS)具有良好的综合性能。 A new type of non - magnetic stainless steel was developed for the applications in seawater. The optical observations of microstructures as well as the measurements of the mechanical properties, magnetic conductivity, uniform corrosion, crevice corrosion, pitting corrosion potential, and hanging - up in seawater were completed. The experimental data were also discussed. It is shown that the present steel has good combined properties which meet the needs of the uses of its component parts in seawater.
