羟乙基淀粉对断指再植指血液循环的影响

摘要 目的研究6%羟乙基淀粉(HES)对断指再植指血液循环的影响。方法40例断指再植手术患者随机分为羟乙基淀粉组(A组)和平衡液组(B组)各20例,A组术前输注6%HES1000ml行急性等容血液稀释至Hct30%,B组术前输注平衡液1000ml,各组均未用异体血。观察再植指张力、颜色、与邻近正常皮肤的温差、毛细血管充盈时间等循环充盈指标。结果A组循环充盈量指标优于B组(P<0.05)。结论6%HES可明显改善再植指血运状况,降低吻合血管栓塞率,提高再植指成活率。 Objective To investigate the effect of hydroxyethyl starch(HES,200/0.5)on blood circulation in the replantated figures.Methods All the40patients with broken figures were divided into two groups,A and B,each20.Patients in group A received6%HES1000ml for blood dilution till Hct30%in preoperation.Patients in group B received Ringer solution1000ml.No patients received any xenogenous plasma perioperatively.The tension,color,temperature change b/w it and adjacent skin of the replantated figures and the congestive time of capillary were observed.Results The subjects in group A were better than those in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion The6%HES can significantly improve blood circulation of the replantated figures,can reduce embolism rate of revascularization,thus increasing survival rate of the replantated figures
