贵阳市560名男性青少年发锌含量与营养状况关系研究

The Relationship between Hair Zinc and Nutritional Status of 560 Males Aged 8～15 Years in Guiyang

目的 研究青春期男性发锌与营养状况的关系。方法 2 0 0 0年 4月对贵阳市 560名 8～ 1 5岁男性测量身高、体重及用营养评价参考标准进行营养状况评价 ,用火焰原子吸收分光光度计 (FAAS)测定发锌含量并判断锌营养状况。结果 不同年龄组间的发锌值差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1 )。同一年龄组内 ,不同营养状况间的发锌值未见有意义的规律性变化 ;同一营养状况时 ,发锌值的年龄间变化未见有意义的规律性变化。不同营养状况间发锌值的年龄间也未见规律性变化。同样 ,不同锌营养状况的人数比例 ,在上述条件下 ,均未见有意义的规律性变化。结论 按营养评价参考标准所评价出的男性个体营养状况与发锌值及锌营养状况未见有意义的关系。

Objective To Study the relationship between hair zinc and nutritional status of boys in adolescence. Methods Heights and weights of 560 boys aged 8～15 years were measured in Guiyang in April, 2000, their individual nutritional status was evaluated using height for weight method, their zinc nutriture was estimated based on hair zinc contents measured using flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry (FAAS). Results Significant differences were found in hair zinc contents among different age groups ( P <0.0l). There were no significant differences in hair zinc levels among boys with various nutritional statuses in the same age group ( P >0.05). No regular change was found in hair zinc contents with ages among boys in the same nutritional status groups. Also, no regulatory change occurred in hair zinc contents and zinc nutriture with age among boys with different nutritional status. Conclusions There is no likely correlation between the individual nutritional status and hair zinc contents or zinc nutriture in males.
