The generality of transaction and the human nature of seeking the maximum economic profits make the innovation of transaction institution the main content of human economic activities.The existing transaction institution can be classified into the following categories:barter TI,currenciesbased TI,futurecontracts TI and futures TI,the efficiency of which is increasing in time,but interdependent in space,thus forming a uniform TI system in human being's economic activities.
