摘要
阐述了某型飞机服役环境及结构腐蚀失效原因。指出了海军飞机特别是离海岸近的飞机易发生腐蚀的根本原因是大气污染及结构表面长时间处于湿润状态。分析了材料厚度与剥蚀之间的关系 ,涂层质量对结构表面抗腐蚀能力的影响以及飞行强度对飞机结构日历寿命的影响。
The service environment and corrosion failure of certain aircraft structure was expatiated The fundamentality reason that caused navy aircraft structure corrosion was airport near seashore and atmosphere pollute was point out The relationship between material thickness and exfoliation was analyzed ,and the quality of coatings affect capacity of anticorrosion of structure ,and flying time per year affect calendar life of aircraft structure was also proposed in this paper
