摘要 介绍了微纳米技术的基本含义和国内外主要进展 ,讨论了该技术在航天技术领域的应用情况和发展趋势 。 Basic concept and development of micro electro mechanical system (MEMS) and nano technology is introduced.Applications and development of this technology in aerospace industry are discussed and several issues are presented with emphasis on developing this technology.
