摘要
详细分析了三维四步法 1× 1编织预制件的细观结构特征 ,并以此为基础对纱线的空间几何形态进行详尽的数学描述 ,提出了细观力学代表单元分析模型。与现有分析模型相比 ,该模型更准确地描述了纱线弯曲形态及各纱线间的空间位置关系 。
A representative volume (REV) of three dimensional braided composite produced by four step 1×1 braiding is developed through careful analysis of braiding procedure and yarn moving tracks, which is described mathematically. This REV model spurns previous oversimplifying assumption of straight yarn track and takes much more consideration for space position and moving relationship of the yarns.
