高校教师思想政治工作改革的若干思考

On the Reformation of Irleological and Political Education upon College Teachers

新时期社会的变化和发展,以及高等学校体制改革和教育改革的挑战,都为高校教师思想政治工作提出了新的问题,要求我们解放思想,以“三个代表”思想为统领,全面贯彻,灵活实施。思想政治工作的改革,应以师德建设为核心,校风教风建设为基点,重视精神支柱建设和信息技术的应用。

Along with the social change and development in new era, and the challenges come from the reformation of educational system and teach, new problems appear in the presence of the ideological and political work to college teachers, which demand us to emancipate our idea, guide the reformation with the thought of 'Three Representative ' .To the reformation, the core is moral construction for teaching, the basic point is school spirit, and the means is the application of information technology.
