Variety and Gradual Development of the Construction of Community Policing Model in China

对于我国社区警务模式的建构,一是要弄清其在目前集合性警务模式中的地位;二是要弄清其对我国社会转型期社区发展的依赖性;三是要弄清现行公安体制和中国传统警务思想对其构建的规定性。我国社区警务模式建构要遵循渐进发展和多样并存的内在要求。

For the construction of community policing model in China, we should fully understand the status of present compound policing model firstly; its dependence on the community development during the period of social model conversion secondly; the regulation of present public security system and the construction of Chinese traditional policing idea thirdly. The construction of community policing in China should follow the rule of coexistence of variety and developing gradually.
