从立法法看我国行政立法之完善

Considerating the Improvement of the AdministrativeLegislation of China from Law on Legislation

《立法法》的出台使我国在依法治国的道路上又向前迈进了一步,但是其规定仍然不可能尽善尽美。本文从行政立法概念的理论探究开始,结合行政立法的现状,就立法法对行政立法实践所做的贡献以及不足之处加以评述。

The promulgation of Law on legislation makes a progress in the rule of law in China, but its regulations are still not perfect. This article begins with the theoretical investigation of the conception of the administrative legislation; combines with the status of the administrative legislation; and then comments the contribution of Law on legislation to the main problems in the administrative legislation practice and its defects.
