摘要
本文通过对计算机犯罪的概念、特点的分析,阐述了计算机犯罪这一新型犯罪的严重社会危害性,呼吁社会各界予以密切关注。同时,针对计算机犯罪分子的类型和一般方法,提出若干项防范对策,构成了预防和惩治计算机犯罪的完备系统。
On the base of analysizing the concept and characters of the crimes through computers, the writer illustrates the serious social dangerousness of this new criminal type and calls for the close attention in all circles. Especially, in accordance with the types of the criminals through computers and the general methods of the crimes through computers, the article advocates several precautionary measures different from traditional methods which forms a complete system with the aim at the prevention and punishment of the crimes through computers.
