浅谈法律术语的特点与使用

Simple Discussion about Characteristic and the Appliance of the Law Terms

法律术语作为一种专业语言在构词上和语义上不同于一般汉语,它具有固定性、特殊性、变异性、单一性、相对性、包容性等特点。在法律实践中,正确、恰当地使用法律术语,对法律活动中的立法、执法、司法等各环节具有重要意义。针对法律活动中使用法律术语容易出现的一些问题,本文提出几点看法。

The law terms is different with the general Chinese language in word-formation and semantic meaning . As a specialized terms,the law terms has many characteristics such as regularity ,particularity, variability, simplicity, relativity and generality. It is significant to apply the law terms correctly and appropriately in legislation , enforcement and justice .In view of some mistakes in legal practice, the article advances some opinions.
