New Conceptions of the Field-Emission Devices and Their Progress Abroad

本文叙述了国外基于Spindt阴极场致发射器件一些新近的构思与进展。较详细涉及到的这些器件包括:场致发射阵列场效应晶体管、场致发射阴极X波段调谐放大器、微米级真空管、吉赫微波管以及真空荧光平板显示部件。

Some novel conceptions of the field emission devices based on Spindt cathode abroad and their progreses are described.These devices, including a field effecttransistor using field emission arrays, an x-band tuned amplifier with a field emission cathode, micrometer valves,micro-cavity integrated vacuum tubes, a gigatron and a vacuum fluorecent flat-panel display assembly, are introduced in more detail in the paper.
