摘要
本文主要介绍了一个适用于计算机模拟的非晶硅薄膜晶体管(TFT)和液晶象素单元的电路模拟程序。
A simplified model of amorphous silicon thin film transistor (TFT) and liquid crys-tal (LC) pixel is presented.This model can be used in the circuit simulation programs such asSPICE.According to the model,a timing analysis circuit simulation program with a-Si TFT and LCpixel is also developed.
