摘要
本系统应用等离子喷焊工艺对工程船舶设备中的易损零件进行修复。在系统设计中,其平面布置采用了以机器人为中心的一“人”多用方式:总体的几何结构采用了综合坐标型式,制造技术中设计制造了独特的滚动导轨,实现了实用、可靠、经济、简单的设计指标。
A plasma spraying welding robotic system using for repairing easily worn off parts assembled in dredge equipment on ship is developed to make the operation automated. Firstly a robot-centred layout plan is taken in overall design and a Combinative Coordinate type is chosen as geometric structure. Then, several types of roll slideway wth unique feature are also tested during manufacturing process. Finally, the original design critiria including practicability, economy, simplicity and reliability are fully achieved.
