该文通过对气泡雾化机理的研究 ,设计了 2 5 0L/h的气泡雾化喷嘴 ,通过选型试验确定了油枪结构 ,通过流量试验确定了主要尺寸 ,粒度试验表明 ,2 5 0L/h的小油枪的SMD <10 0 μm ,dmax<15 8μm ,试验油枪达到和超过了设计的要求。图 2表 4参
The paper reports that, guided by research work achievements concerning the mechanism of bubble atomization, a 250L/h bubble atomization nozzle has been design; its structure settled by type selection and dimension by flow capacity tests. Granularity tests show that a small 250L/h oil gun may provide SMD<100μm, d max <158μm, droplets thus attaining and surpassing design expectation. Figs 2, tables 4 and refs 5
