摘要
对实例样机的电感参数采取精确的表达式或不同程度的简化表示时 ,分别对振动特性进行仿真 ,并与实测振动特性进行比较。可以清楚地看出 ,绕组电感参数不同程度的简化对振动特性仿真精度的影响。同时更有兴趣的是能清楚地看出饱和效应对振动特性仿真的影响 。
It is very important of vibration characteristics for stepping motors and the study is highly concerned,but being complex,limited in experimental research and qualitative analysis for a long time.The author has presented the simulating model and the method for the vibration characteristic of the hybrid stepping driving unit in paper,and then began to study the quantitative analysis,from which gained some new development,but find some deficiency when the model used for the highly saturated motor by further study. Based on the study of the nonlinear characteristic of the winding self and mutual inductance in hybrid stepping motor,this paper studies the impact of vibration characteristic by saturation effect. Study from this paper,saturation effect can cause apparent sub harmonic oscillation.We can get quite satisfactory precision from the simulation for vibration characteristic using the nonlinear characteristic of the self and mutual inductance the author ever presented.The value of the mutual inductance between phase windings in 2 phase hybrid stepping motor is small, so often be neglected.But cannot be neglected in simulation of vibration characteristic because it can sizably affect the result.
