摘要
对如何搞好项目管理进行了阐述 ,从选择项目经理、建立项目经理部、项目的经营管理策略等方面进行了论述 ,重点分析了项目管理各生产要素的控制、管理 。
The problem that how to do project management well is elaborated. Meanwhile, the selection of project manager, establishing the department of construction manager and the strategy of project management are simply introduced. The control and management of production factor in project management are mainly analyzed. Author point out that intensifying project management in construction is key step to realize maximum benefit of project.
