高新技术产业开发区空间布局发展研究——兼谈武进市高新技术产业开发区南区规划实例

Research on spatial layout development of high_tech industrial development areas —— A case study for planning of southern part of high-tech industrial development areas in Wujin City

首先分析了当前高新技术产业开发区发展的基本状况以及新世纪对高新技术产业开发区建设的要求 ,然后结合武进高新技术产业开发区南区规划实例对我国高新技术产业开发区空间布局发展的新趋势进行了探讨 .认为我国高新技术产业开发区空间布局发展的新趋势主要体现在六个方面 :高新技术产业开发区与城市其他功能区日益渗透 ;向郊区扩散和“一区多园” ;旧工业区功能更替 ;生态地域观营造与可持续发展 ;塑造绿色空间 ,挖掘地域文化 ;

The present situations of high_tech industrial development areas and demands for high_tech industrial areas construction in the new era are analyzed; then the new tendency of spatial layout development of high_tech industrial development areas assisted by analyzing the case of the planning of the southern part of the high_tech industrial development areas in Wujin City, is discussed. The new tendency of spatial layout development of high_tech industrial development areas mainly reflects the following six aspects: mutual penetration between the high_tech industrial development areas and other urban function areas; spreading to suburbs and 'one area, multi_blocks'; functional replacement of old industrial areas; ecological landscape construction and sustainable development; building green space and developing regional culture; and intellective high_tech industrial development areas.
