关于建设草原生态系统水利保障体系的思考

Thoughts of establishing the water resources guarantee system for prairie ecosystem

由于过度放牧、滥垦乱挖以及水资源的不合理开发利用等人为因素的影响,导致了我国草地的退化、沙化,严重制约了人们的生存和发展。因此,要从全局和战略的高度认识建设草原生态系统水利保障体系的重要性,围绕草原生态系统的恢复,抓紧编制有关规划,筑起水利保障体系,实现人与自然的和谐共处。

Some human factors such as over-pasturing,mis-cultivation and denudation,and non-rational development and use of water resources lead to degeneration and desertification of Chinese grassland,which restrict the people's existence and development.Therefore,the importance of establishing water resources guarantee system for prairie ecosystem should be recognized comprehensively and strategically.We need to focus on the rehabilitation of prairie ecosystem,pay close attention to drawing up the planning,build water resources guarantee system,and realize the harmonious co-existence between human and nature.
