By analysing the present rea-sons and trend of urbanization in less-developed areas as Wencheng county,the paper draws the conclusion that out-going urbanization has become a uni-versal phenomenon,and treating out-going urbanization correctly is importantfor regional economy,society and envi-ronmental sustainable development.
