摘要
文章以现代物流管理及供应链理论为指导 ,就可供挖掘的“第三利润源”问题 ,分析了安装企业的物流管理现状 ,讨论了存在的问题 ,提出了物流管理的方案和具体操作建议 。
Guided by the theories of modern enterprise logistics and supply chain management,this paper analyses the present situation of logistics management in the building and installing enterprise,discusses those existed problems and puts forward the logistics management scheme and suggestion,and forecasts the future of logistics management for the building and installing enterprise.
