摘要
针对铁路运输需求特点,在系统要素分析的基础上,运用系统工程的层次分析法和结构模型法,对铁路智能运输系统功能的开发步骤与模式进行探讨,提出其发展规划的思路。
In this paper, the systematic engineering methods, such as the Analytical Hierarchy Process and the Interpretive Structural Modeling, are applied for the solution of the modal or steps of developing railway intelligent transportation systems according to the railway operation features and system compositions. The paper is helpful to direct the planning of the railway intelligent transportation systems.
