摘要
通过超细粉煤灰高性能混凝土 型轨枕的长期试验,研究了超细粉煤灰高性能混凝土 型轨枕的收缩、徐变性能及其规律,探讨了温度、湿度、加载龄期等因素对超细粉煤灰高性能混凝土 型轨枕徐变的影响,以及收缩徐变对轨枕中预应力损失和轨枕使用期间开裂荷载的影响。研究结果表明,超细粉煤灰高性能混凝土 型轨枕的长期性能良好,满足 型轨枕技术条件的要求,具有良好的社会和经济效益。
With an experimental study on longterm properties of Type Ⅲ sleepers of high performance concrete with ultrapulverized fly ash, the creep and shrinkage properties are investigated and the effect of temperature, moisture and loading age on creep behavior is also discussed. Further, the influence of creep and shrinkage on prestress loss and cracking load of the sleepers within working range is explored. The test results indicate that the type Ⅲ sleepers of high performance concrete with ultrapulverized fly ash exhibits superior longterm behavior and can meet the requirements of structural design for type Ⅲ sleepers , resulting in desirable social and economic profitability.
