摘要
根据牵引变电所在机车密集运行时母线电压过低和空载或小负荷时母线电压过高等现象,提出采用串联电容补偿装置(SCC)进行投切控制的措施,并介绍该系统动态控制的原理和仿真情况。该装置已经通过试验并投入现场运行。运行结果证明,该装置的使用大大提高了铁路牵引供电的安全性。
During high density running, busbar voltage of the traction substation will be too low andduring no-load or light-load running, the busbar voltage will be too high. Cut-in/cut-off control of SCC is appliedto solve this problem. Dynamic control principle and simulations of the system are presented. SCC has passedthe test and has been put into field operation. The results show that the safety of railway traction power supplyis improved.
