数字化潮流信息在电子海图信息系统中的应用(英文)

摘要 提出了一种数字化潮流信息的方法 ,并且给出了实现原理。利用此方法 ,可以迅速准确地获得指定海域的潮流信息 ,模拟预定航线的航行时间 ,从而可以确定最佳的出航时间和航线。该方法的有效性通过模拟特定水域的船舶航行时间得到了验证。此方法可以作为附加功能引入到ECDIS系统中 ,完善其系统功能 ,更好地为船舶航运生产服务。 In order to reduce the time of sailing,economize ship fuel,raise ship navigation efficiency and ensure safety in ship navigation,we should utilize the information on tidal stream sufficiently.This paper presents a method to digitize the information on tidal stream, and gives the principle of implementing this method. We can acquire the information on tidal stream of designated sea area immediately and accurately by this method, so the navigation time of schedule routes can be simulated and the optimal departure time and routes can be given,The effectiveness of this method is proved by simulating the time of ship sailing in the special sea area.This method can be introduced to ECDIS as an additional function,to improve ECDIS function, to perfect ECDIS function,and to make the service of ECDIS for ships better.
