摘要
作为船用柴油机的重要组成部件 ,活塞通常在腐蚀性气体、高温的恶劣环境下工作 ,承受磨损、腐蚀、振动等等。当船东为了降低运行费用而使用低质燃油时 ,这些问题就变得更加恶化。为了提高活塞环槽的耐磨性 ,等离子表面处理应是除了常规的镀铬之外另一种选择。描绘了等离子工艺和活塞修复中的活塞环槽表面硬化实验 ,活塞的实际运转表明离子束工艺是除了常规的镀铬工艺之外 。
As a predominant component of ship engine, the piston operates usually under a severe condition in a corrosive atmosphere, high temperature and subjecting to wear, vibration etc. The problems are aggravated when using the low quality fuel oil by ship owners in order to reduce operating cost. Iron Bombardment (I.B.) process and the utilization for groove surface hardening in piston reconditioning have been described. The experiments and practical operation of piston show that I.B. is a competitive option to improve the wear resistance of piston ring grooves besides the conventional Hard Chrome plating.
