摘要 在105单缸柴油机上,针对燃烧室形状对柴油机燃烧及排放特性的影响进行了试验研究.试验结果表明,中央突起缩口燃烧室具有较高的涡流和挤流强度并有较长的高涡流持续期,可加快缸内混合气的形成和燃烧速度.通过延迟喷油定时,减少了预混合燃烧量,在柴油机油耗率基本不变的前提下,降低了烟度和NOx的排放量. This paper deals with the effects of combustion geometry on combustion and emissions in a 105 single cylinder diesel engine. The experimental results showed that the chamber with central projection provided a stronger turbulence and squish and sustained longer period of high turbulence after top dead center, which accelerated the fuel-air mix and combustion process especially during the diffuse combustion stage. By retarding injection timing, the amount of premix combustion was reduced. The smoke and NOx emissions were reduced evidently while the fuel consumption generally kept constant.
