摘要
以Zn(Ac)2·2H2O为原料,通过溶胶凝胶法合成了纳米级ZnO微粒.研究了主盐浓度、沉淀剂用量、溶剂用量、胶溶剂浓度和凝胶干燥温度对胶溶过程以及微粒粒度的影响在最佳工艺条件下,Zn(OH)2凝胶在400℃高温炉中烟烧2h,可得到球状ZnO微粒,其平均粒度为30~40nm,晶体结构为六方晶型.
ZnO nanometer particles have been prepared from Zn(Ac)2.2H2O by Sol-Gel method. Effects of reactant concentration, petizator concentration, amount of solvent and precipitants, drying temperature of Gel have been studied. After calcination at 400℃ for 2h,a crystalline spherical ZnO namometer particles with the average particle diameter of 30nm^40nm can be obtained in optimum technological condition.
